We were delighted to welcome Munster rugby player, Darren O Shea, and the Munster Rugby Schools/Youth Development Officer, Vincent O’ Leary, to our college last week. Our entire student body and staff were inspired with very sound advice on the importance of determination, hard work, nutrition and physical activity. Well done to 1st year student Oisin O’Driscoll, who was presented with a signed rugby ball for the positive attitude and spirit he displayed at the rugby training organised by Munster Rubgy. #inspiredstudents
