Our incredibly talented 1st year students proudly displaying the dishes they cooked for their Home Economics summer cookery assessment last week. This assessment gave them the opportunity to demonstrate the food and culinary skills they have learned during the year. It also affords them the necessary practice for their food and culinary skills exam which they will undertake for their Junior Cert. Well done to all. #preparationiskey
